Veerkracht.online is an online platform about the Jewish youth movement in the Netherlands. Shortly after the Second World War In the post-war years, the Jewish youth movement in the Netherlands played a crucial role in (re)discovering Jewish identity among the young survivors of the Shoah. The first gatherings of Jewish young people took place just a few days after the liberation. Afterwards, a number of youth movements were (re)founded.

An important aspect of this website is its oral history content. More than 70 former members were interviewed. This way we’ve created a digital monument for all who were a member of such a movement.
