movement in the Netherlands. Shortly after the Second World War In the post-war years, the Jewish youth movement in the Netherlands played a crucial role in (re)discovering Jewish identity among the young survivors of the Shoah. The first gatherings of Jewish young people took place just a few days after the liberation. Afterwards, a number of youth movements were (re)founded. \u00a0<\/p><p>This element from the rich history of Judaism in the Netherlands is described in detail on this website.<\/p><p>An important aspect of this website is its oral history content.\u00a0More than\u00a070 former members were interviewed.
